    You know, I never knew that cayenne and apple cider vinegar helped to reduce cellulite. My sisters are always teasing me about my addiction to hot sauce (I put hot sauce on everything from my eggs to my mashed potatoes – weird, I know “mashed potatoes”? ) and I’ve had three babies and don’t have NEARLY as much cellulite on my body as my sister that has just one baby to attribute to her cottage cheese additions.

    Good to know about the apple cider vinegar, I’ve always substituted apple cider vinegar to fattening dressings for weight loss reasons but didn’t know I was inadvertently helping out another minor problem of mine. Unfortunately, I’m not following in your tip #1. I had a bad (traumatic–dang ants!) experience with chick peas at a family picnic and can’t try out the Hummis spread.

I already incorporate green tea and water (have to stay hydrated) into my daily routine, but I’ve neglected the other 10 🙁 I am definitely taking this article with me to the grocery store next time, so I can start eating these foods more often. I love drinking tea now and then but by reading this article I will definitely drink green tea more often as it’s very beneficial.   5. Great article. But I recently read a post from somewhere I found a easy tip you can start implementing today…
    Switch from regular salt to sea salt in your recipes – and when adding to your foods.
    The reason is this: Regular salt has been chemically treated and stripped of all the good things in it.
